It does feel smooth when using it, but the resistance seems to shift more than I expected. It’s not terrible, but it makes me wonder a bit about the overall quality

I was a little nervous about the water tank at first because it seemed like the one part that could end up being a hassle, and for the price, I really didn’t want to deal with leaks or repairs right away.

After using it for a few months, it’s been totally fine. No leaking, no odd sounds, and the water level has stayed where it should. I just drop in the tablet when it needs it and don’t really think about it otherwise.
Overall, I’m happy with it. The rower gets used a lot in our house, and the tank still feels sturdy. I’m careful about spending this much on equipment, so I’m glad this part has been solid so far

I ordered a WaterRower and, i was a little nervous about having something that big shipped. But the box showed up looking good, and everything inside seemed really well protected, so that was a relief.

No dents, no missing pieces, and no scratches on the wood that I could find. The parts were wrapped nicely and were easy enough to unpack without turning the whole room into a mess. Happy with how it arrived, and I feel like that’s how you’d hope it would show up, right?

Well... the rower itself works well and does what I need it to do, but keeping up with the maintenance gets a little annoying. It’s not a dealbreaker, just takes more time than I expected

My snap judgment is that it’s quiet overall. I only notice a little bit of water sound, but nothing that really bothers me.

It’s mostly fine, but when I try to store it upright, it doesn’t always feel super stable. It seems to tip over sometimes, so the upright storage isn’t quite as useful as I’d hoped

I like the rower overall and it works well, but the wording around the leak guard feels a bit misleading. I assumed it would actually prevent leaks, but mine still leaked a little once. Not a huge disaster, but definitely annoying when it’s advertised like that.

I usually expect monitors like this to be more annoying than they need to be, but this one was actually easy to figure out. It started up quickly and I didn’t have to dig through confusing menus or instructions, which is rare. Nothing flashy, but at least it didn’t give me a headache.

My snap judgment after using it so far: the tracking on my WaterRower feels accurate. Distance and stroke rate don’t jump around weirdly, which makes it a lot easier to compare one workout to the next. no complaints at this point

I bought my WaterRower because I was worried about fitting any kind of exercise machine into my small flat. This one has been such a relief. It stands up against the wall so easily, and it actually looks nice instead of making the room feel cluttered or ugly.

I’ve had my WaterRower for a few years now, it still rows nicely and I do really like the feel of it. But it has not been the perfectly effortless, majestic fitness machine I thought I was bringing into my life. The handle strap started looking worn, which made me act like the whole thing was moments away from collapse, and I’ve had to tighten random bits more often than I expected. The wood still looks great, so credit where it’s due. But for the price, I kind of expected it to age with a little more dignity. It’s not bad at all, but it’s also not the flawless heirloom rower of my dreams
